Ground Disturbance/Trench Safety Training
This course is designed to give workers awareness of the hazards when on trenching projects covering; safe practises based on the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations on construction projects.
This course allows the candidates to stabilize a dangerous situation and initiate rescue of a trapped or engulfed worker without endangering the life of the rescuers. The training provide a 'stopgap" until municipal emergency services arrives and take over the rescue operations.
