I have found that the course has been more informative than previous courses I've taken because the depth of the instructor's knowledge. All aspect of the course were fantastic.

Very knowledgeable and common sense. Focus on what will make a difference rather than trivial things that may or not make a difference. Practical experience helps drive home the content which will actually save a life. Learned alot about why thing happen and how to react when specific situation present themsleves.
