Course Outline

This 8-hr program is designed for workers in the Ontario construction and infrastructure industries who must complete the required training as defined in Ontario Regulation 213/91 (Construction Projects). This 3m program is approved by the Chief Prevention Officer and meets all the requirements of the Ontario Working at Heights Training Standard. The program will provide students with necessary skills to safely perform at heights. 

This program involves a combination of theory and practical modules, which will teach learners on the concepts of fall prevention. Upon completion of the program, students will be capable to identify on-site fall hazards, the options available to them for fall safety, and the proper set-up and operation of these systems. 

The course material is professionally delivered by a qualified instructor and will use a variety of learning strategies that focus on students’ retention.
